The issue in GetHuman-trexach's own words
I reactivated my account on **********. The adjustments of placing the IEP plan and any other adjustments were supposed to be made immediately so that the exact amount owed is reflected and i'm not billed charges i'm not supposed to be billed. I followed uo on ********** because I received a text that I owed an amount over $*** which means no adjustments to the account were made now Im receiving text messages of a different amount I do not owe. I owe $** the amount texted to me as a supposed payment arrangement is $***. The representatives did not want to explain what the $*** amount was or how a payment arrangement for that amount ended up on my account. When I asked the question she hung up. I arranged another call and when I picked up their call they hang up, I arranged another call and that representative did not want to assist either, they will not allow a payment arrangement for the $** because a T-Mobile representative made a payment arrangement that I did not authorize or know about in the amount of $*** and they do not want to do anything about this, now they've disabled my outgoing text messaging
GetHuman-trexach did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
