Help with my T-Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-titopac's own words
I was trying to transfer one last number transferred to my military account as a *th line. Also inquire about a how was a offered credit was going to be applied. ... My name is Osvaldo Pacheco SFC Army retiree. I called the T-Mobile store located at the Westshore Plaza,Tampa,FL and was told I will received a call back in ** minutes, two hours later I drove to the store and in a firm, controlled voice I started to express my frustrations about the issues I have encountered since I activated my new account. That is when a person named Jeshly Albino (Asst Mgr) approach and told me "I had to understand there were other customers with issues" a particular one being there for an hour* I replied I was not there to talk other customers issues and it was my prerogative to understand or not. Her reply was that if was going to talk to her in that tone "service will be denied". There was not yelling, offensive or derrogatory language by myself. Another associate came and assist in resolved the issues on hand. I can be contacted at ***-***-****, because I am assured this is not the Customer Service behavior that a well reputed company as T-MOBILE wants his associates want to display.
I was frustrated with the issues begging with the switching two of my lines, twice. The lack of response of various phone attempts.
I will like to see a formal apology from the mention individual and an interest that no other customers be humiliated by the associates at that store. Also a response on how and if the credit will be applied.
I am a ** year old man. with an impecable ** year military career and expected to be treated with the upmost respect and concerned about my issues with the service.
I tried to contact the manager of the store and the original representative with no avail.
