Please unlock my screen and sim card. I had to go to Safelink as I lost my job of ** years. I bought the phone and plan with you at first, but had to change. Safelink will not unlock the screen or sim card because it is your device. Serial * for phone is *********, Original phone * is ***-*******. The screen says sim is locked. it will not allow me to enter a pin * as it says emergency calls only. The screen will not unlock. I took it to the store where I purchased it and they treated me like dirt and would not even try to unlock it. PLEASE!!! New Phone number is ***-***-****. PLEASE!! I do not have the means to buy a new phone.I am a widow on Medicaid and Food Stamps, Pleas unlock the screen and sim card.Thank You. I have Century Link Internet for $ *.** a month plus tax now. Social Services helped me get it PLEAS!!
