My daughter got her iPhone stolen on *******. On ******* I went to T-Mobile store in White oaks Mall in Springfield, illinois . I ask specially if I recovered the stolen phone if I could return the new one. She said yes up to a month. I revived the stolen phone this pas Friday, October **, ****. Ao on Saturday, October **,****, I drove to the store to return the new phone and they said that I only had ** days under the "buyer's remorse" clause and I was *-* days past. Mind you I was not told anything about this clause. The store further told me to call T-Mobile service and they could do something. So I did. On the same day , I called and spent about * *** hours on the phone talking to several reps. See your notes however they may not be complete. An example is when my daughter's phone was stolen, I asked her to disable it( however the person that stole it got in anyway. She also said she would wipe out the future charges on the stolen phone only to find out that that was not done nor in her notes.**Because of all the mi- representation, I am paying off the old phone along with the new one . That is terrible!**What would make this right is to allow me to return the new phone as if this had never happened. I have been getting the run around, misrepresentation and been dealing with this a week. The office here says that customer serve will take care of this and customer service says that the store has declined to take the phone back. I wanted T-Mobile corporate address and telephone number because this is not right and this is not how you should treat a ** year valued customer. So if you cannot let me return the phone as promised, then can you give me the corporate info so that I may appeal.**Phyllis Danmole****-***-****
