T-mobile texted me that a payment failed and that I must pay immediately to avoid service interruption and pay a $** penalty.*I went to the T-mobile site and authorized full payment on my credit card on file. T-mobile sent a thank you text.*The following T-mobile sent a second text thanking me and saying I now have a credit of $**.**. Presumably autopay worked as expected. *I want T-mobile sent me a non-payment warning text before payment was due. I also want T-mobile to refund $**.** (to my credit card on file) and notify me when the refund has taken place.
