So I called tmobile today about my bill I spoke to a supervisor named nikki who was so rude I had to hang up on her. Then I called back to speak to her boss. They connected me with someone name Natasha and I felt she was rude and unprofessional. I have been a customer for **years and I felt like my loyalty to tmobile meant nothing to them. I feel hurt and disappointed. I only have good things to said about tmobile to friends and family. After today I am changing my mind.
