I am a new customer.. I had a horrific expierece! So unprofessional and untrustworthy.. I went in fir a Iphone* Plus (I dont know much about iphones), a tram member named Zalee gave me an Ipone * instead... I dont know until i git home and my sister told me... I wanted to return it because it was there fault and the manager said he would wave the fee over the phone and that I would only have to pay the diffrence of around $**... when I got to the store he said he never said any of those things.. The boss was raising his voice on me over the phone. Very very unprofessional!
GetHuman-kalg did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
