Get a short payment extension. ... I feel that as a long running T-Mobile customer, I deserve more respectful treatment when I call about my bill. I just got finished going thru about a month of ****, involving work, rental vehicles, and shop costs. I noticed I had an issue with my T-Mobile account, and expected the typical five star service when I called. I only needed * days. This is the very reason I've kept T-Mobile and not switched to the cheaper option. I haven't had to worry about being without service. Until this time. I talked to five different people and never got someone outside the call center. I'm about to leave and you'll not only lose my business, but even more, because I will vent about this to everyone I meet. I have two special needs kids and my kids mom has chronic debilitating migraines. I don't have time to be treated like this.
I have stayed with this carrier for this very reason. If I have to worry, I'll easily pay half as much.
