I'm trying to sign up online for my brand new t-mobile prepaid account for my hotspot, but when creating my account to pay for the first time, it sends me a confirmation code to my hotspot's number, which I cannot retrieve as it is a hotspot and not a phone. I was just on hold for * hours until the call dropped. I would just like to create my account please.
