The wrong things were entered into your computer system when I last went in to a local branch to make sure I was all paid off with no more pending charges and no more open accounts. Now I have a bill of around *** dollars! I didn't even use the minutes! Of course, the phone agent I last spoke of this to couldn't do anything, except unlock a phone I purchased there that hadn't been fully unlocked for whatever the reason when I bought it after I had paid off balances and debts. Go figure. Nonetheless, I want you to remove those charges, especially since i didn't use your service anymore. I had been a good customer of yours, and am still considering returning if my new carrier doesn't satisfy, but who knows, since you can either believe me or believe that yes, your employees make mistakes too. Let me know by letter or e-mail if you can remove charges and not report me to credit bureaus. Could mean future business, or not. thanks. email is *****@***.com.
