Wasted entire day waiting for product that failed to arrive. Contacted customer service, no help. That is why I have resorted to this medium. Here is the latest status from UPS. By the way what is even more aggravating is that I received an email about ** minutes ago informing me that UPS attempted to deliver. *Need to re-look at the information below. There has been no attempt to deliver today, check your facts. The estimated delivery date was not met and no attempt has been made today, ** September. Moreover, I had called UPS and placed a stop delivery on the package. I have pasted the tracking information found on the UPS website. **This purchase has been a bad experience all around. From the misinformation provided by your sales representative at the time of purchase to this email.
