Your sales representative gave me bad service when I explained to him over the phone that I wanted new service and I have another phone what is the possibility of using that phone in order to have services with t mobile he implied that I could purchase a sim card and come to find out that I was not able to use it,after he said I could, so now a whole week has gone by, now I went over to one of store location and had to purchase another phone that's not activated in order for me to make my international calls and he forgot to add my pin number into your system, so as a inconvenience I've paid **.** and some change for sim card that I cannot use!!! very disappointed as a new customer my reason for choosing t mobile was for me to receive quality service and not the run around and not too mention that the promotion offer that came with this plan that was mentioned over the phone that includes a ** dollars a month and *** Visa card and a few other things that comes with it, so can someone from corporate management explain to me what's really going on with my account!!!******
