I went to a T-Mobile store in Kahala, Honolulu, Hawaii yesterday on **********. Due to a poor service and miscommunication, i am requesting to return this have this Alcatel ATablet and refund of $***.**. My son told me i have only a *GB for that tablet to use which the salesman never explained to me. I am very upset due to this poor service without explaining everything to me from that salesman. That salesman attitude is very disrespectful. He always let it slide anytime i feel confused. I dont have a proper receipt except a piece of paper without T-Mobile logo.
GetHuman-kukuacar did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
