Back in June **** we moved into a new home our T-Mobile signal was bad we were dropping calls and were not receiving calls T-Mobile sent me boosters to put in my window to in crease the signal still bad service than T-Mobile sent me a cellspot booster that's plugged into my WiFi modem and still same issue the last draw was on September * **** my mother in law was having a hard attack and we couldn't dial *** because bad signal my wife had to run out to the driveway to get a signal sadly she didn't make it I had to switch service because I didn't want to go through this again I'm trying to return equipment even the phones that I had signed a contract with but what does a contact have to do if I get no service I talked to a manager at T-Mobile Henry F rep * ********* and he said he can't help me if I can't get a response I will be forced to seek legal advise please assist in this matter my number is ***-***-**** my name is Carlos Bonilla
