I switched from Sprint to Tmobile i would say in April. Got offered a VISA PREPAID card after getting the phone you guys supposedly put all the information for me to received it on the mail. Called the guy that helped me in July telling him that I never received the prepaid and he told me apparently never went thru. Then in August they submitted everything and I would call customer service asking them for updates about the card and they would tell me **-** you’ll receive the prepaid card. I would call different times because I’ve been since April waiting for this card and that’s one of the reasons I moved to Tmobile because you guys offered me that card. Today September *th called again for updates and I got curious and wanted to know what’s wrong, so after customer service told me I would receive the card at the end of the month of September. They told me that the card was already available to redeem and ended up being a MASTER CARD VIRTUAL CARD, so all this time you guys gave me the wrong infomation from your guys own costumer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and also by being a new customer in Tmobile. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional
