Help with my T-Mobile issue

Want to add my wife to my line* get her a Samsung Galaxy S*, and additionally get myself a Samsung Galaxy S* Plus. We were in the T-Mobile store yesterday and told to call for the 'buy one get one free* S*s," by the manager. I've called * times - each time your 'system is down,' I'm genuinely hoping you can help get our phones out right away. Thank you in advance for your support. Mike Holmes ***-***-****
