I am very disappointed in T-mobile customer service. In December of **** I bought my phone from an individual, after I had him meet me in T-Mobile store and I had T-Mobile representative check the phone to see if it is clean. They told me with the individual that it is clean, no one told me it is still under contract with T-Mobile, or else I would buy this phone. After * months of service, my phone is not working, when I called T-Mobile what is wrong they told me it is block, I told them I rely on T-Mobile the day I bought and how can I take care of the problem, I was told I can’t. *If I was told by the representative that I can’t buy the phone until it is paid off for I wouldn’t have buy it.*I have a business and rely on this phone. I even bought extended warranty with apple
