Show daughter a video ... For months now my phone has been crazy. Again today I have no internet. I have screenshots of having *g service bars and the customer service chat site from tmobile app stating I have no internet although I'm clearly in *g. YES IVE RESTARTED MY CELL AND CLEARED CACHE. THIS IS AN INTERNAL USSUE. I've spent way too much time on the phone with "customer care" to get an insulting **$ credit last month for my hotspot being "used" WHICH IT WAS NOT PHYSICALLY USED BY ME!! FOR MONTHS NOW THIS PHONE HAS HAD PROBLEMS. IVE CALLED EVERY SINGLE TIME. FIX THIS ISSUE. IM READY TO DROP TMOBILE. EVEN WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING ALL I GET IS YOUR CLEARLY SCRIPTED LINES OF- OH YA THAT HAPPENES TO ME AND I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION. ... HAHA- THEN ONCE AGAIN A DAY OR SO GOES BY AND BOOM MORE PROBLEMS. THIS PHONE IS BAD. REGARDLESS OF ITS CRACK IN BACK THAT WAS DONE A YEAR AGO. NOW I HAVE TO PAY ***$ TO HAVE ***$ CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT? I should probably contact my attny and figure out why your phone overheated to that extreme it cracked the screen. At minimum I should not be paying whatsoever for this phone or any sideways service tmobile claims to have given me. AGAIN MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING*AND SIDE NOTE WHY HAVE I BEEN PAYING NETFLIX FOR MONTHS WHEN I WAS NEVER TOLD IT WAS FREE THRU TMOBILE. I NEED THAT INFO ALSO
IVE SPENT HOURSSSS ON PHONE WITH TMOBILE FOR *MONTHS AT MINIMUM FOR PHONE ISSUES. THIS IS REDICULOUS
DO WHAT YOUR SIDE HAS TO DO TO FIX THIS. MY PIRTION OF THIS BILL RUNS AROUND **$ A MONTH. WHY AM I PAYING FOR SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT THAT DOESNT WORK? I RECIEVED AN INSULTING CREDIT LAST MONTH OF **$ TMOBILE OVER CHARGED OUR ACCT **$ EXTRA WRONGLY AND HAD TO CREDIT TMOBILE MISTAKE. THE EXTRA INTERNET WAS GIVEN TO THE WRONG PHONES AND WAS NEVER USED OR NEEDED. I SHOULDNOT BE PAYING THE ***$ NEXT WEEK TO GET MY NEW REPLACEMENT PHONE CONSIDERING THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON TMOBILE SIDE.
We have phones *. We have been loyal and paying customers for OVER *YEARS NOW. TMOBILE HAS NO LOYALTY AT THIS POINT IN MY OPINION.
Restarted phone. Cleared extra storage as MUCH AS I WANTED.

Well although I did not get EXACTLY what Inwas asking for persistence and patience did bring me some resolve. Dont give up. Keep track of who and when and what. It may have taken several months but I did get a replacement phone and ***$ credited to my account.
