I began switching from I-Wireless to T-Mobile on July **th and today I have spent over * hours on the phone, mostly on hold plus time wasted waiting for a call back. **I have gotten the run around until I blew my lid. **I have cancelled my request to switch to T-Mobile.**How do you expect people to use your services with such poor customer service from the onset?**Money charged on Aug * better be refunded as quickly as it was taken ie...(overnight).
GetHuman-jlyman did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
