MY NAME: PAUL DALTON**NEW TMOBILE NUMBER:****-***-**** **PIN ********On ********, I switched to T-mobile from virgin mobile because they could not support an unlocked phone that I had purchased on Amazon.*-*I opened a PREPAID account with Tmobile, and STILL TO THIS DAY, I am unable to connect to the correct towers or any of the "partner's" towers, because i believe it was initially set up incorrectly with the help of a T-mobile agent on the phone.**I NEED SOMEONE HELP TROUBLESHOOT MY DEVICE IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED OVER AND OVER HUNG UP ON ** TIMES! IM A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER WHO HAS PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT AFTER ALL THIS TIME, STILL CANNOT USE! ****UPDATE: NOW **:** PM****I am able to make and receive calls and text, but when I'm trying to use the internet, it says: "Connect to AT&T network," and displays my cellular bars icon with a (?) beside it. It loads a connecting to network screen with www.t-mobile.com in a box. It sits there until it times out. Seriously. Everytime.
I was referred to them by their competition because they supposedly support my unlocked BLU Life One X*. This issue has gone without resolution since *****! The only contact I've even had is when I've called THEM.
If I can't have data, then they need to just return my ** bucks, and get me over to AT&T, where it seems I woulda been better off.
Brand new customer. My first months billing cycle is * weeks in, and I'm still using my old phone, and my old service provider.
I've tried automatically choosing preferred networks, chatting with reps online....
