Help with my T-Mobile issue

The issue in GetHuman-ejweber's own words
I was a satisfied T-Mobile customer since ****. In November*December ****, my flip phone broke. I then received a different flip phone and phone number (*******-****) and changed my service to pay as you go. I never had a problem with my **** and $**.** phone plan. With my new plan*phone, half the time my phone would be searching, and I would not be able to make a call (often an important call). In December your company studied the problem. Nothing definite was determined. SIM card was checked at the store. Phone seemed to do a little better. Now the phone has been "searching" non-stop for weeks, so I have not been able to use my service. I still have some money left for my service, but cannot use the phone to get the record of the exact amount left. I did contact T-Mobile today. After being on hold approximately ** minutes, I was told I called the business accounts and needed to be transferred. I was politely transferred but unfortunately was on hold for over an hour!! When asking for my PIN number, the one I gave "did not work." I'm not sure what the PIN could be. I was able to get things checked in December. What I'm not pleased with is being on hold for over an hour and of course having spent money for over * months for service that often did not work. I am done using this phone*phone number, and am changing carriers. I would like whatever money is left to be refunded to me. I haven't been able to use my phone in the last couple weeks at all, and was maybe able to make just one or two calls in the last couple months. (Records can be checked like in December to support that I usually could not get service and therefore did not*could not make calls.) A refund for the months where I could barely make calls would be fair too. Please contact me letting me know what can be done for my seven or eight months of very unreliable service.*Cheryl Weber
