Having a problem with our *G LTE Cellspot… Only getting the power light, green GPS light and internet light flashing. We are getting no bars on our cellphone, which is why we originally got the Cellspot. Would like to have someone call us so we can troubleshoot. We did keep the directions and box, but all directions are in Spanish. No comprende! If call won't go through, please text me at ***-***-****

Called directly to T-Mobile @ ***. A representative assisted to try to resolve problem... found it was on Spectrum's side.
