I just want corporates phone number. I’ve explained myself so many times, even asked a manager to listen to previous phone calls which she can do and she still chose not to. When reps tell you different things you HAVE to honor what the first rep said. And if that rep was wrong then you explain that, honor what they said and apologize. It’s called false advertising if you don’t. I seriously want out of my contract because I’m literally sick to my stomach of T-Mobile.
