The screen on my Galaxy went blank. It's the third phone same issues and the customer have to pay for the malfunctions that the phone having cause they were not built to last. However my phone is my job and when you have a phone company that selling disfuntional phones that you cannot use for weeks at a time and still be charged the full amount of your bill. Right now same phone same problem and no resolving the problem with T-Mobile. What needs to be done is T-Mobile need to let customers know that when buying their products they are only built to last for a year. So customers when spending hundreds and thousands of dollars on them phone just know that they only going to last for a year and you will be responsible for fixing or replacing them. My phone haven't been working for a week because they so called towers have been upgraded and now you have to upgrade at full price .... Wow what a nice phone company.
