I have recently switched from sprint to T-Mobile. It has already been over * months and I was told by a store manager that they were running a promotion where T-Mobile would buy out your current provider contract. I have been waiting for the funds to give to Sprint and go to find out that it was never submitted. Just this past Friday my bank account was withdrawn ****.** because I have been waiting on T-Mobile. I have been told that managers, regional managers, etc... have been working on it and I can't get a straight answer. Finally today I was told the most they can do is credit my T-Mobile account. I don't understand how crediting my account is going to help pay my bills that the money in my bank account was for. This is not the way I wanted to start with a new phone company after being with the previous company for over ** years.
