The issue in GetHuman-claytben's own words
My name is Ben Clayton military veteran who switched to t mobile from Verizon for the get out of red program. My experience was terrible and now I have a $*** bill I'm stuck with. Situation: the agent at tmobile said I qualified for the get out the red pgm and the military *** off as well. So he told said I can use my current Galaxy s* Verizon phone on your network (false, I found out later). I did this and my phone began to shut off as well as drop calls. I go back to the store and the agent say it's fine. I go to another store and the agent read a policy stating the Verizon don't work on your network and my phone will crash at any moment. So I bought a t mobile s* with the understanding that the s* will be paid off anyway. I received my bill and take it to the store and they are saying I don't qualify anymore. I have been misled and because of the incompetence of the first agent my phone (s*) is damaged and I have a bill to pay with Verizon plus a new T mobile phone I have to pay for. Please tell me how you will fix this.
