My phone's were paid on ********** now we called the customer service and the rep instead of checking the phone account to see if it see if it was paid the rep put another put through now this will not be covered by my checking account because your rep did not listen we've had these problems consistently I don't feel that we should not be penalized for the error your rep made now our phones will be shut of because of this and can not make out arrangement as well what will you do about this please contact my wife at *** ******* thank you I would hope you will respond to this complaint.
