I was promised by a tmobile customer service rep last month that I would receive two extra days on my billing cycle since tmobile was having issues with their system in which i was unable to make a payment via their website, app or over the phone because their system was supposedly having an update. The supervisor assured me that I would be compensate by having an additional two days on my billing cycle and now my service has been cut.
GetHuman818351 did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
