Help with my T-Mobile issue

I have a pre-paid plan for IPad. Every month you manage to charge my US Government mastercard, but you are unable to send me an email receipt that shows the $ amount charged to my account. I need this receipt for accounting purposes. I would note that I did receive an email receipt for * out of the * months that I have had the plan (April **, ****). Looks like this:**T-Mobile Confirmation: Mobile Internet Payment*Dear Customer,*Thanks for your payment! Your Mobile Internet service will continue through ********** on device * **********. Your new pass provides **** MB of high speed data for use until **********. Your purchase amount was $**.**. Please save this email as your purchase receipt. To access your account information, please visit http:**mim.t-mobile.com.*Sincerely,*T-Mobile Customer Service**I spent * hours on your phone tree last week where the *th person I talked to said she would elevate my complaint to 'the technicians'. This *****, hugely. Particularly because all of the telecoms that provide pay as you go service (T-Mobile included) refuse to provide the ability to get a receipt in arrears. And no, your email is not being filtered to SPAM.**IPad * is ***-***-*****account is: *****@***.com**Further NOTE: my card was charged $**.** on June **. NO RECEIPT OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL WAS SENT BY T-MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
