I purchased a prepaid phone for my mother who is in Florida with the phone. I am in Ecuador and want to manage the account and add minutes for her but I keep needing a code to get into the account and it send a it to the phone and she doesn’t understand what to do , she can’t read the appropriate code numbers to me . How can I fix this? Is causing frustration on her part and I was trying to avoid that
