I have been with T-mobile for * months and they have yet to pay off my phone with AT&T ... I had to take my own money to pay off my phone with AT&T and I have still not been reimbursed.
I didn't have the money to pay AT&T
Reimburse me for what I paid to AT&T and give me some type of credit for my time and money that I've spent trying to resolve this issue. This is a terrible way to run a business. Every person I get on the phone tells me the same excuses but no one fixes the problem! I've been out over $*** for * months. That's totally unacceptable.
