I am a T-Mobile customer in the USA. My phone number is area code ***-***-****. My current device is a blackview **** pro dual SIM. Wow I do have Lee protection plan through asurion no similar devices are available for replacement. My device has a cracked screen. The current protection plan carrier "assuriant" is not providing acceptable customer service regarding the issue. As such T-Mobile USA is he willing to go to any lengths to help in replacing my device. **I purchase my device from the United kingdom. The purpose of this correspondence is to ascertain whether or not T-Mobile in UK utilizes this device. Additionally is this device something that's available through T-Mobile United kingdom? If not are there any working partners of T-Mobile UK that have access or availability of this device? e.g. does the protection care provider used by T-Mobile have an inventory of these phones by way of other networks that might provide the phone that also use the same protection plan provider?
