I am the House Director for a large sorority in the University of Washington district. We house and feed *** girls daily. We have leased from Sysco a Nescafe Alegria Commercial Coffee vending machine and purchase all the necessary coffee products from Sysco. The problem is, we are frequently finding that the Seattle Warehouse is "out of stock" on several of these products. The fact is that the machine usually fails to deliver quality drinks without all six products loaded into it as it uses most of them to mix a coffee flavor. I find it completely unacceptable that you sign a customer up to lease a machine and then fail to deliver the product it requires to operate. We have no back up when your warehouse fails to deliver. For instance, we ordered for delivery today, the warehouse is out of stock for three of the six coffee products we ordered and won't have them in stock for several more days. I cannot accept that your organization cannot get a product delivered for a machine that we lease from you. I seriously am going to actively seek a different vendor and machine for our members that has reliable sources for product delivery. Sincerely,
