When I turned on my laptop this morning I was greeted by a message telling me that my account subscription had expired, directing me to contact you. Two days earlier I received an email from you telling me that my subscription had been renewed and the monthly charge had been made as usual to my credit card. I checked with my credit card company, and that payment was in fact processed. My subscription therefore should not have expired. In addition, when I try to log in, your system doesn't recognize my password. I've tried resetting that password, but your system won't recognize the new password either. I can not get into my account to troubleshoot. I'm a long-time subscriber and have never had issues like this before. I really need your help in sorting this out. Thank you. I'm attaching my most recent invoice from you showing that my subscription payments are up to date.
