I had to file bankruptcy several months ago. I did not include my Synchrony Bank acct. because I had a -*- balance and had -*- balance for months. I never made a late payment ever. My acct. should have been in great standing. Apparently you were notified I was filing bankruptcy as you promptly closed my acct. in good standing. I recently applied for a credit card to start working on credit repair but you denied it stating reason as “Prior unsatisfactory obligation with Synchrony Bank.” What s lie. If you didn’t want to have me as a customer with a perfect account standing just because of the horrific stigma if the bankruptcy have the backbone to say so. Don’t lie about me being an unsatisfactory customer. And thanks so much for all your heartfelt effort y to o help me rebuild my credit... I know you must have agonized over your decision!
