Hola, buenas tardes. ¡Gracias!

On October 30th at 2:20 PM, the owner of a Polaris Slingshot and I contacted your customer service. After being transferred through three representatives, we finally reached the fraud department. The representative confirmed that the title was clear and requested an address to send it to, which I provided during the call along with Jurell Neal (DOB 8-12-81) being present. However, despite this confirmation, we received an invoice stating that there were outstanding payments due on the car after I purchased it from him. This discrepancy has caused confusion and concern.

In March [redacted], my application for a Walmart credit card was denied, possibly due to fraudulent information on my credit report involving Sagestream. Despite having a Synchrony Old Navy card in good standing, my credit score has decreased. I am seeking advice on how to review the information concerning this issue with Synchrony and Sagestream, as the details on my credit seem to vary between the two reports.

I recently opened a credit account and discovered unexpected $7 charges. Despite being unaware of the payment due dates, I incurred multiple $24 late fees. After contacting Synchrony Bank by phone and chat without success, I eventually identified a potential solution last night. Feeling frustrated with Synchrony Bank's process, I've decided to discontinue using their services. In contrast, PayPal has been efficient for me - transactions through PayPal are smooth, with immediate deductions from my bank account. However, the challenge of resolving issues without direct communication with a representative is concerning, especially for larger transactions.

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding the closure of my Walmart card without any notification. The account had a zero balance for quite some time. Unfortunately, my son recently got a job at our local Walmart, and I would have utilized the card for shopping there. Due to this incident, I am considering not continuing my patronage with this bank. It would have been appreciated if there was an effort to contact me regarding this matter. I am truly disappointed with how this situation was handled. Sincerely, Starla P. Last 4 digits of credit card: [redacted]

My spouse opened a PayPal Credit account using my name and social security number. The account was swiftly closed, and any outstanding balance was cleared in the first billing cycle. However, the closed account is now listed on my credit report. I am seeking assistance to have this account removed as I was not the one who initiated it. Unfortunately, I do not possess the account number since the PayPal account is no longer active. The account is registered under the name William Bullock, and the last four digits of the social security number are [redacted]. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently applied for credit at Lowe's Home Improvement but unfortunately, I was denied. Upon receiving the denial letter, I realized I need guidance on how to improve my chances of being approved for credit. Many of the stores I frequent use Synchrony Bank for credit, so I am seeking advice on what steps I can take to work towards approval. As someone who is actively trying to build credit, understanding the requirements to be accepted for credit would be extremely helpful in achieving my financial goals. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Melissa

I applied for the Cathay Pacific signature Visa card on November 18th. After receiving an email promising delivery within 7-10 days, I reached out to your staff on the 25th of November, only to be told to expect it by November 29th. Disappointingly, the card still hadn't arrived by December 3rd. Due to a trip on December 4th, I couldn't check my mailbox until January 4th. On December 12th, I was surprised to receive an email charging me $95, likely the annual fee, despite not having received the card or being able to activate it. Given these circumstances, I now wish to cancel the card.

My daughter, Christie P., previously had a Lowe’s charge card, which I understand is managed by Synchrony. Due to her husband losing his job, we decided to settle the balance of $[redacted]. I made the payment over the phone and was assured the debt was cleared. Surprisingly, on 12/13/[redacted], I received a call claiming there was still $25 outstanding. This feels like a scam since no number showed on my recent call log, and I had already settled the account. The caller's persistence is now bordering on harassment. Despite the foreign sounding caller stating the account was paid, they insisted on the additional $25. I refuse to be taken advantage of and demand these calls cease immediately. My daughter’s details are as follows: Christie P. at [redacted] Mailer Road Apt A, Hampton, Georgia.

I have multiple cards with your bank, some of which I haven't used recently. Despite this, after paying them off recently, you seem keen on canceling and closing some of my accounts. I'm quite upset about this sudden decision. I would like to be informed of the reason behind these actions. I have never failed to make payments, and all my accounts are current. Kindly contact me to provide clarification on this matter.

I received a notification from LifeLock that an individual, potentially using a name similar to mine, attempted to apply for a credit card. I want to clarify that I did not submit any application for a credit card with your Bank on 12/5/[redacted] nor have I authorized anyone to do so. Please refrain from processing any credit card applications associated with this fraudulent activity. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered two different items from eBay, two pairs of shorts, and four sets of supposed thermal underwear for my wife. I contacted the sellers to return the items, and they accepted, but the shipping cost from China is $[redacted] for each order. I would appreciate it if they could provide me with a free shipping label to return the items via FedEx, as I didn't pay that much for them originally. If they can send the shipping labels, I will quickly return the items that won't fit anyone in my household.

I have multiple accounts with Synchrony Bank under my name, Barbara A. Loggins. Unaware that some accounts were under their umbrella, the total balance exceeded $20,[redacted]. Seeking debt consolidation to improve my credit score, Credit One Advantage now manages one account and insists on damaging my credit before considering a settlement. Despite their advice not to engage with your calls or mail, I fear legal action due to my financial situation. Considering involving Morgan & Morgan law firm for assistance. Thank you.

After paying my full statement balance, I received a call almost a week later claiming I hadn't made any payment. The account showed a late fee and previous balance added. I confirmed with my bank, which verified they had deducted the statement balance. Checking my payment history on Synchrony Bank's website, it clearly indicated I had paid the statement balance four days before the due date. When I called 1-[redacted] for customer service, a representative explained they hadn't charged me because I had removed my bank account information after payment. Despite discussing the issue with a woman who shifted blame to the bank, the problem remained unresolved.

I am experiencing a credit card issue where interest is being added due to a problem with auto-pay. I had an issue with one due date coinciding with fraud advise from my bank, causing penalties to accumulate. Despite making 66 payments that did not reach my bank, there was no return on their end, and there is no record of the payments being denied. I have contacted PayPal Credit customer service multiple times but have not received a resolution. I have also tried linking my account, but the online system is not accepting it. The representatives I have spoken to do not seem to understand the problem, leading to continued penalties due to system errors. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly and help me resolve it. Thank you.

I've been away from Dearborn Heights since Saturday, 12/12/19, visiting a friend at a farm in Hudson, MI for the holidays. I have my notebook with me to pay the minimum due on my Guitar Center Synchrony Bank Gearcard. The phone service here is not reliable and I couldn't access my account online until just now. I don't have my Synchrony Bank account number with me. My details are Richard T. McCallum, [redacted] West Outer Drive, Apt [redacted], Dearborn Heights, MI [redacted]. I need to make the minimum payment of $22.00 or $28.00 now.

I recently applied for a Cathay Airlines credit card and received a denial letter from Synchrony Bank citing a credit score of [redacted] and several reasons for the denial. However, when I checked my credit score, it was [redacted]. The reasons given include a high balance on retail accounts, even though I do not have any retail accounts, delinquent accounts (which I do not have), and inquiries (of which there are none). I always pay off my credit cards in full every month, a habit I have maintained for the past decade. I would appreciate further clarification on this matter. Thank you.

I have multiple accounts with Synchrony and needed help with my credit card debt. After seeking a debt consolidation loan, I was advised to stop communication with creditors by the company I considered. Concerned, my daughter Jacqueline from Loxley, Alabama, urged me to cancel their services. I authorize your company to share details of my debts with her as she assists in arranging a manageable payment plan. My account number ends in [redacted]. Thank you for your help.
