Attached is the transaction details page from PayPal and shipment history.*I received the product on Oct. **, ****. When I opened the box I was surprised to find out that the product the seller shipped was quite different from what the seller advertised on their website. Attached are pictures of the actual product that I received.*I immediately contacted the seller through the provided email: *****@***.com but my email was returned. Attached is also a PDF with the returned message.*Then I contacted the seller on their PayPal email address: *****@***.com but I have not heard from them since.*I then opened a dispute in the PayPal resolution center, with case number PP-D-********. Attached is the PDF with case history.*The case was denied because ‘if an item is materially similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described’.*I strongly disagree with their decision: the item is significantly different from its description as you can see from the actual pictures of the item received in several points:**. The description shows clear ‘*k UHD’ whereas the actual product does not.**. The description shows clear marking for ‘Speaker, recording, GPS’ on Page ** of the item description PDF whereas the actual received items has no markings at all.**. The described items featured venting holes on top, whereas the received one does not.**.The items description shows proximity sensor and WiFi icons on the side, whereas the actual received item does not have such holes.**. The described items shows the power is supplied by single pin EIAJ power plug connector, whereas the actual products has USB power supply.**. The described item features an input connector from an additional camera, whereas the actual received product has none.**. The advertised product box contents, page ** of the Product detail PDF shows the content of the box whereas the actual product that I received contains only the camera and a vehicle power connector.**.
