The last two months we have not received statements in the mail or a statement in an email and have had two accounts late. We found JTV was sending our payment to another JTV account with a zero balance and not applying it to the correct account ****. I think we got that taken care of. Now today I get a text from Phillips ** our credit card account **** is past due. I chatted with support online and got the late fee waived but it still does not address the problem of why all of a sudden we are not receiving a statement and being notified of an amount due. I receive all of my statements through an email to *****@***.com. We prefer this instead of a paper statement in the mail. We pay our bills on time and it is up setting when we are told twice now that we are late through no fault of our own. Can you check you records for any vendor with our name that comes through you for payment and make sure the statement is sent to my email at *****@***.com. Our current address is Max and Debra Smith ***** Old Jenny Lind Loop Ft. Smith AR, ***** ***-***-****. We will be moving again within sixty days and I will contact everyone with our new information.
