I paid $**.** on my account (account number **** **** **** ****) Elner Vess.*This was paid on June ** and processed by my bank. I had called many times explaining that I had not gotten any information in the mail from you about my account number. I told you I needed to make a payment and you suggested I wait to see if I got my billing information. When I made my $**.** payment on June ** I still had not received the info and had to call once again and talk to your rude employes whom you can't understand. Since I did not have your account number I used the customer No for my Mattress Warehouse purchase *********. As I told you at least three times I did not activate the credit card and destroyed it. I am very unhappy with your customer service. I called trying to get my account paid and everyone I talked to could frankly care less. I want to know where my $**.** is that the bank mailed to you. I just recently got a copy of the billing information and I had already sent you $**.**. I always pay my bills on time and this incident has caused me more problems than you will know. I will not longer use any of my cards that are through Synchrony Bank. I request you find out where my $**.** payment is and let me know immediately. Please email me at *****@***.com. My iphone is currently not working.
