I spent over one hour and ** minutes in an attempt to make a $**.** payment on my belk credit card. This process usually takes no more than five minutes to complete. What I need now is the name and number of who is actually in charge of the customer service department with Belk. Their customer service is in serious need of changing the entire department. I am sincerely asking that someone from Belk email me the information I am requesting. Being a customer service supervisor if any of my staff stayed on the phone over ** minutes, they would definitely be called into my office as there are higher employees within the customer service department that handle difficult problems after a rep has been on the phone over ** minutes. If the customer service department at Belk need help, please have them call me at *** *** ****. I will be looking forward to speaking with a supervisor or someone in the management department.
