The issue in GetHuman-livwakb's own words
I have a synchrony bank care credit card that was taken out in March ****. I used the card once, on a transaction in the amount of $****. The card was to have *% APR FOR ** months. I was told that as long as I paid the $**** before March of **** I would have zero interest to be paid. I have paid more than $*** and my current balance is showing as over the original $**** used, and also showing that I have paid nearly *** in Interest. This is illegal and unacceptable and I expect it to be resolved immediately.
