Help with my Synchrony Bank issue

I have been trying since July to resolve my problem. My account has the wrong first name on it (Charles) it should be Jacques Flores. I have submitted * times my verification of my identity to the bank. When I check on it they say they never received anything. I have called * times today and have been hung up on * times.I have never received this type of poor customer service with any credit card company until now. I am going to lodge a formal complaint with the federal regulatory agency, if this is not resolved withing * days. My name is Jacques Flores. My account number is **** **** **** ****. I don't want to be asked AGAIN to send them my proof of identity. Sending it * times is enough.
GetHuman-opconsul did not yet indicate what Synchrony Bank should do to make this right.
