I received this letter yesterday and it says if I need to talk to someone call this number *-***-***-****. However I am deaf and I called on my hearing phone. *I asked them to wait long enough for me to read what they are saying. However, *they were not clear enough for me to hear and even my hearing phone said *that it was not readable. So I'm going to try this was to contact SOMEONE in your company about my letter.*Do you mean I have to wait on an email to get my answer, YOUR COMPANY stinks. If you are good at your job, then find another company to work for. I don't want an email I want an answer NOW. *It seems that your company on its on without my asking for,..have been going over my account and they found I was overcharged $**.**. OK thats great. However, I sent the card back to you in July and this is Sept. and now they are saying I owe $**.** BUT they will not take it out of my $**.** which will be sent to me in ** day. Now I have to send the $**.** to them by the due date on my billing statement (which I do not have) to avoid a late fee. I am here now asking for a billing statement to see what I have charged without a charge card. I had the card *May, June and July and I NEVER got a billing statement in those * months, but I got a letter and I paid all that they said I owed (numb me) I should have insisted on a billing statement. *Since I am deaf and don't so what I am supposed to do I am taken advantage of. I would like a statement for all three months that I had the card,*I got so disgusted by July that I sent the card back with my check. In those * months I paid them $*,***.**. Now don't you think I should have a billing statement?
