I was really impressed by your website – very sophisticated, yet confusing. It lacks communication. I have an issue with a clock radio for my bedside stand. It's not readable in a well-lit room, and it keeps resetting itself by jumping hours. Even though it looks like it's working, it's not changing minutes correctly. The instruction sheet is illegible and doesn't make sense even under high magnification (it's incomplete). My name is John Kearns, and my email is [redacted] My best advice is to get rid of it and buy from a different company.

Hello, I purchased the Sylvania 10.1” smart tablet with a built-in DVD player for my 5-year-old son from Wal-Mart in Anna, Illinois. Unfortunately, the touch screen on the device does not work. Despite trying to return it to my local Wal-Mart in Lockhart, Texas without the receipt, I was unable to receive assistance. My son is very disappointed as we are unable to afford a replacement. I am reaching out to your company to seek a resolution, potentially through a refund or a replacement device. I am willing to return the faulty tablet if necessary. I purchased a pair of Sylvania Bluetooth speakers, model number SP833, manufactured in May [redacted]. I bought them in September [redacted] at Walmart in Tumwater, WA. In November, when I tried to use them for the first time, I followed the instructions to power them on by pressing both buttons simultaneously. I realized that one of the power buttons was already broken as it was stuck down and would not spring back up. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt. I have always had good experiences with Sylvania products in the past. I can provide pictures of the speaker, including the manufacturing date. I hope for a resolution as I was unable to use them even once. Despite the low cost of about $15, I believe they should have functioned at least once. Perhaps they can arrange an exchange with Walmart in Tumwater based on the information on the speaker tag confirming my account. Thank you, and I am eager to receive a response.
