I incorrectly booked LHR*Zurich for September * (Ref PXOK*V) instead of Oct *. I telephones Swiss within ** minutes of the error and connected to an agent for correction.*Your agent assisted me in getting a new reservation ref PYVKCP and advised that I will be fully refunded the cost of US$***.** for the incorrect reservation, but I an still awaiting the.**. My credit card was charged SF***.** and SF** for the new reservation. However, on checking your same flight for that day October *, the cost would be SF***.** (two passengers for classic with one additional bag for each pax). Why was I overcharged by SF***.**?
GetHuman-jpesau did not yet indicate what Swiss Airlines should do to make this right.
