Hello, I am writing to share an unfortunate experience I had with the products I purchased from Swarovski. I recently bought a ring less than a year ago, and one of the small crystals has already fallen out. This was a gift for my wife, so I am extremely disappointed by this quality issue. Similarly, I also purchased a necklace from Swarovski two years ago, and now one of the small crystals has fallen off as well. I feel embarrassed in front of my wife as I believed Swarovski products were synonymous with quality and durability. When I visited the Swarovski store in Egypt to seek a repair or replacement, I was told by a store representative that they might replace it with a different item if they don't have the exact same design in stock. This is concerning to me as I specifically chose these items for their significance and sentimental value. I hope to hear back from you promptly regarding this matter. Thank you.

In November [redacted], I purchased an evil eye necklace (product no. [redacted]) from Swarovski Touchwood Center. I had seen the item online and watched the video description before buying it in-store. After confirming with the assistant, I left with the necklace still secured in its blue sponge packaging. When the gift was opened, the chain was too delicate, and the evil eye stones were barely visible. The chain length was a major issue as well; it was supposed to reach the collarbone but only reached the base of the neck, resembling a choker. This was disappointing and embarrassing as a Christmas present. I lost the receipt, so I understand I can't get a refund. However, I wanted to return the necklace to bring attention to the poor quality product that is misrepresenting on the website. Despite trying to return it on December 27, [redacted], I somehow lost the necklace in its packaging while on my way to the store. I've contacted other stores I visited that day but had no luck finding it. My aim is not to seek a refund due to the loss but to highlight the incorrectly described goods sold by Swarovski, a brand I've trusted for years. Sincerely, Sue M.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently purchased items from you and unfortunately discovered that a few crystals are missing from the ring I bought almost a month ago. As I live 90 miles away from the nearest Swarovski store, visiting in person is inconvenient. I would appreciate guidance on an alternative resolution. I look forward to your response. I want to alert everyone that there seems to be replicas of the [redacted] Swarovski crystal Christmas ornaments being sold on eBay. I purchased 2 from a seller in China and noticed discrepancies compared to an authentic ornament I got from Costco. The box color and lettering size are slightly different, despite the presence of certificates of authenticity. I wonder if Swarovski distributes flawed products to retailers. I purchased a necklace for my daughter's birthday in July, and she wanted to return it within the two weeks allowed. The necklace had no tag attached, which has become a problem. I've been in contact with the customer service manager for three months, who escalated the case to corporate, but I'm still awaiting a response. I have tried to call corporate with no success. Dealing with this company has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The lack of resolution and the run-around are extremely frustrating. In my job at a multi-million dollar retail corporation, we prioritize resolving customer issues promptly. I am incredibly upset about this situation.

Good evening, I received a Swarovski ring from my husband on December 18, [redacted], as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I lost it due to needing to disinfect my hands frequently in shops. We repurchased the ring on December 30 because I had it for only 4 days. The shop assistant suggested contacting customer service to inquire about a possible discount on our next purchase due to the situation. I have all the necessary tickets for proof and can provide them if needed. I truly appreciate Swarovski jewelry and have quite a collection. I hope that something can be done. Thank you in advance. I bought a lovely ring in August and was assured it had a two-year guarantee. However, by the end of December, the ring had tarnished in some areas, which I find unacceptable given the price I paid. This tarnishing issue is unlike any experience I've had with other Swarovski pieces I own. When I tried to return the ring past the stated return date, the store refused due to the date. They questioned me about using hand lotion or sanitizer, which I found perplexing, as I only wear the ring while washing my hands, not while applying any products. After the store visit, I contacted customer service on Monday and have been in touch with them since, now it's already Friday. Despite asking for escalation multiple times, I feel very frustrated by the lack of integrity displayed by the company.

Hello. On 27.12.22, we purchased scs items at "Cristal Boutique Sas" store in Abano Terme. We have been members of your club since [redacted], Romano Monti, although my wife does the shopping. Due to the Covid situation and all nearby Swarovski stores being closed, we couldn't buy the [redacted] SCS member items (Zebra). They promised to register us in their store and assist us. They asked us to come back tomorrow, the day after, and on the last day told us to go to Milan to register us as their clients. They sold us the [redacted] Elefante item for €[redacted] but gave us a receipt for €[redacted]. They didn't provide the gift (omaggio) and said they would send it later. They didn't even mention the promised "Zebra." We have written to them three times and received no response. It's been a month of complete silence. What should we do now? Who should we contact? Good evening, Currently in Corfu for work, I purchased a SWAROVSKI ring, item number [redacted], at a local store. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the receipt but still have the warranty provided by the store. Upon visiting the store for a duplicate receipt, I was informed to reach out to SWAROVSKI directly. This has left me concerned as a loyal customer, especially since a bracelet purchased previously for me in Caltanissetta, where we live, was never replaced due to a missing receipt, despite being within the two-year warranty period required by law for replacements.
