The issue in GetHuman-angus_'s own words
I just tried sending following message below to Swagbuck’s customer support page. I have used their customer support page a few times in the past with satisfactory results. **Here is the problem, I am trying to send Swagbuck’s customer support page a complaint and now I see a message that says my account is suspended. Here is the message I sent:**I just received this message as I tried to fill out a survey.*You have been terminated from this survey because our client identified you as a poor quality respondent. This means that you either took the survey too quickly or were not providing well considered responses. Your account will be deactivated after two (*) poor quality terminations. **This is complete nonsense I never rush through. I can read quite quickly. I answer long form questions with complete consideration & good responses to to the surveys. I don ‘t how the client or Swagbucks came to this conclusion. Do you know how much time I put into these surveys & how much honest cosideation I give each one! *To say I’m upset is an understatement. I’m angry ! If you are fair you will show me examples & let me defend this inaccurate assessment. Do you know how many times & hours I’ve spent collectively since I joined, where the survey failed, or it didn’t give me credit? I probably have only reported less than half of them because it takes to long to write out a complaint or I might receive some canned, made up false allegation from a client (who writes several surveys that were built with system errors or question flaws. How dare I expect to be compensated for honest input & time spent. This is not right ! I deserve an explanation & let me tell you again, the statement above does’nt cut it and it’s FLAT OUT FALSE !!! I want to be reinstated. I wish someone would call me (***) ***-**** so I can explain. Please Respond.
