I recently purchased the Spartan Trainer Watch from your website. The watch allows me to track my training sessions on a bike using its GPS capabilities. However, I am struggling to find how to access some features that were available on my old Suunto Observer watch, like current elevation and elevation gain per minute. Additionally, I am curious if there is a way to power off and on the watch to conserve battery during a multi-day trip.

I've owned my Spartan sport watch since November. Over the past 3 weeks, I've encountered issues with the heart rate feature. During workouts, the double line appears, rendering the heart rate tracking ineffective. It occasionally displays for a few seconds before disappearing. When the feature does work, it's highly inaccurate. For example, it shows my heart rate at [redacted] while jogging at an 11-minute pace and at [redacted] when running an 8-minute pace. Even while swimming casually, it shows my heart rate at [redacted]. Despite consistent updates, proper charging, and ensuring it is not too tight or loose on my wrist, the accuracy has deteriorated suddenly. I even activate the activity mode in advance. Finding a solution is crucial as I'm currently in the midst of training.

Hello, I bought the Suunto D5 and POD in January [redacted] thinking it was the best product available. Unfortunately, this supposedly top-notch product failed during my recent night dive certification. This resulted in the dive being called off for myself and 3 other divers. I made sure the transmitter was connected to the D5 before the dive and even double-checked with my instructor, Craig Y., during the pre-dive safety check on the boat. Despite these precautions, the D5 lost connection with the POD once we started the dive. I attempted to reconnect during the dive to no avail. Although the D5 displayed various dive metrics, it didn't show the air supply. Even after the dive was aborted and back on land, the D5 still wouldn't link properly. Only after resetting it did the connection work again. Upon checking the data on the app, it showed consumption and start pressure. I'm perplexed as it seems to connect after the dive but failed during. I've shared a screenshot displaying the missing data for your reference. Best regards, Andre

My Suunto 9 has been displaying incorrect biking distances for the past 2 weeks. Although the GPS appears to be accurate when syncing with the app, the distance shown while biking is decreasing compared to the actual distance covered. Despite changing the GPS system and calibrating daily, the inaccuracy continues to worsen. Recently, after a 40 km ride, the watch displayed only around 35 km. Interestingly, my phone's sport tracker and bike computer show the correct distances. I purchased the Suunto 9 nearly a year ago and until now, it had been accurate. Could this be a bug issue? I have ensured the watch is updated to the latest version and all other functions are working correctly, apart from the distance tracking. Appreciate any help. Regards, O.B.

Hello, I have two Suunto Viper diving computers (SN [redacted]0; [redacted]3) with around [redacted]-[redacted] dives each, reaching a max depth of 40m. Recently, one started malfunctioning by "diving" at home, showing depths up to 125m and beeping incessantly. While in Egypt, the second computer also displayed inaccurate depth readings, lacking a safety stop indication, and continued registering a dive even on dry land. Despite attempts such as soaking it in fresh water and changing the battery, the issue persists. Considering purchasing two new computers as repairing them at a Suunto service center may not be worthwhile. I wonder if the problem has been addressed in the newer model Viper Novo, which offers the functions I require and the reliability I seek. I am from Poland and would appreciate any advice or information on this matter. Regards, Bartek

Hello, Good evening. I have sent my Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist in Sandstone to be repaired under reference number R[redacted][redacted]-1 (Ref: Order No. [redacted]). However, I received a Suunto 5 in White as a replacement instead. This was unexpected and not what I wanted. Despite inquiring about the possibility of not being able to repair my Suunto, there was no prior notification. I do not wish to keep the replacement. Kindly refund me the purchase price or return my original Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist in Sandstone, even if it's damaged. I will return the Suunto 5 to you. Thank you, B.W.

A few days ago, my Suunto 9 Peak suddenly stopped responding to touchscreen gestures. Despite attempting soft and hard resets, the watch got stuck during reboot, showing messages indicating it was taking longer than expected. After numerous reboots resulting in error messages, the watch finally recovered on its own, but now lacks touchscreen functionality. How can I restore the touchscreen feature? I purchased the watch in February. Additionally, I am interested in starting a chat with Suunto for further assistance, but I can't seem to find the chat option on their support page, as per their working hours recommendation.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently received your message stating that you will be sending me the Suunto 5 White again as no errors were found. This is the second time this has occurred. The watch was sent to me as a replacement for my Suunto Spartan Trainer, which had accurate heart rate monitoring. Unfortunately, the Suunto 5 White does not have the same accuracy. I have followed the instructions for wearing the watch properly, cleaned the sensor, and ensured no lotion was applied to my skin. Despite conducting multiple comparison tests, the Suunto 5 White's heart rate measurements were significantly off. I am giving you a deadline until 07.10.[redacted] to fix this issue or send me a watch that accurately measures heart rate. I believe I am entitled to this. If you fail to meet this deadline, I will seek a resolution through other means. Best regards, Michael Arnold

Hi, I purchased a Suunto Vertical Solar Titanium on June 1st, and I am having issues with the French assistance feature on the Suunto app. I am facing two problems: 1. I am unable to register my watch despite multiple attempts. I have not received any confirmation email after trying four times. 2. The map function is not working properly. I followed the recommendation to load maps near a wifi box with the watch charging. However, when trying to access the map, I only see a small portion around my house. When zooming out, I get a black and white frame. I have tried reloading the maps without success. I can provide pictures of this issue if necessary. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards.
