If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

It took me a while to get the customer support's attention. Eventually they came through strong thanks to Cameron's help!*I did not receive a response for a long while until I took it to social media - Survey Monkey's Facebook page. I just mentioned, I've been trying to reach out and call for a while but no one got back to me. The moment I posted on Facebook I need customer support, it was only a matter of minutes someone jumped in to my assistance. *I get it, I work in digital.... It's a task keeping up with thousands of emails, texts, dms etc... and keeping everyone happy! *All in all, plain easy comment on the page instant response! *Thanks for the support!
