I sent a request a few days ago asking for help in setting up a account but all I received back was a email saying "Thanks for contacting SurveyMonkey. We’re currently receiving more emails than usual, so it might take us a little longer to get back to you." I want to set up an account ASAP but need to know first if I can see each account's response to the survey we send them. The purpose of our survey is specifically find out if we are meeting the respondent's needs. If we are not - then based on the result of that respondent's answers - we will change our approach in communicating with them moving forward. So it is important to see specific responses - not just a generic overview.
